Conditions of Use

We are a TRADE ONLY wholesaler with a minimum order of £50 + VAT


We accept orders via the following methods:

Online - this is the most efficient way to order as the prices and stock levels are most up-to-date, simply log-in, add items to your basket, and then checkout choosing the method of payment that you prefer.

Email, Phone, Fax or Post - please let us know codes and details of the goods you would like, along with the quantity required. We will phone you for payment details when the order is ready- we will not dispatch the goods until payment is received.


Please be aware, we will NOT supply any customers who intend to list any Tilly’s Ribbons & Trims items on eBay or the Amazon Marketplace. Any attempt to list these products on one of these sites will be in breach of our terms of supply and infringing on our intellectual design rights as protected by our registered trademarks. Any violation will result in closure of account and in extreme cases of infringement of our registered trademark, legal action will ensue.


All prices are calculated in UK Pounds and are exclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate. VAT is applied at “checkout” along with carriage if applicable.

Goods will be invoiced as of current price from dispatch. We cannot guarantee that prices on the website are the current price due to price increases from suppliers. We will try to maintain prices, but reserve the right to increase prices without prior notice.

We try to have stock of all the items on this site but cannot guarantee this, therefore, acknowledging receipt of your order does not constitute an acceptance of your offer to purchase an item.

We do not operate a back order system, if there are items on your order which are unavailable at the time of purchase then we will contact you regarding substitutes/replacements or, if agreed, we will hold your order until the stock is available. Please contact us if you have special requirements.


We accept payments via the following methods:

Credit/Debit card via Paypal, Paypal Express or over the phone.

PayPal Express - please ensure that you "return to vendor site” and confirm your order with us otherwise we’ll receive your payment but not your order.

Bank transfer payments - please confirm the amount payable before transferring any money.

Payments by cheque must be pre-arranged, please phone us for approval and to check the amount payable.

Please note the goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.


Our minimum order is £50.00 plus VAT online and in store.


We try to get orders out as quickly as possible but please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch at busy times. If you have a deadline please state it clearly and we will do all we possibly can to have it with you on time.

There is no cash alternative to the shipping offers. If you would like to arrange collection of your order in person or by a 3rd party courier then you will not receive a credit towards your shipping costs.

If your country is not listed above then please contact us – we can ship worldwide but would need to calculate the shipping cost based on the weight & size of the parcel.

If you do not receive products ordered you should notify us within 7 days of the date of your order.


We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties


If products we deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity then please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either replace the incorrect, damaged or defective products or make good the shortfall in quantity or, at our option, credit the price of those products to you.

If products have been incorrectly chosen by you when ordering then please contact us within 7 days to arrange the return of these items but please note that we will apply a 15% restocking fee and we would not be able to credit the cost of postage for any items returned to us. If you wish to exchange items then the cost of postage for sending replacements will be charged.

Please do not return any items to us without prior arrangement. Once a return has been agreed, please return the items to us by second class post within 7 days, we suggest that you obtain a “Proof of Posting” certificate which is available for free from the Post Office, this guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.


If we have not accepted your order then we will contact you- please provide details for where we can contact you during office hours.

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the seventh working day after the day you receive the products.

If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched/delivered then we cannot refund the cost of carriage.
